About the Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic team player to join us as a Warehouse Associate. You will be responsible for picking and packing products for shipping and or collection.

• Provide customers with exceptional customer service in-person in a friendly, timely, and professional manner

• Pick, pack, label and dispatch products accurately and safely, including manual handling and heavy lifting.

• Entering data into SAP along with daily stock counts and local deliveries

• Receive, store and manage inventory, ensuring stock accuracy through cycle counts and stocktaking.

• Complete customer deliveries and transport goods safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload vehicles and operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient warehouse environment in line with company policies and procedures.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to customers and branch stakeholders.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support team objectives.

• Comply with all health, safety, quality and operational requirements.

Do you have a mixture of the following skills and experience?

• Sound Microsoft Office and numeracy skills

• An exceptional eye for detail and a high level of accuracy

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• You will need to be energetic and self-motivated

• Enjoy working in a friendly team environment

• You are physically fit as some heavy lifting is required

• You are eligible to work in NZ

• Clean Class 2 driver’s license and forklift certified with F endorsement
