About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate golfer to join our Hamilton superstore in a permanent part-time position (minimum 20 hours per week).
Key shifts: Thursday and Friday late nights, and weekend shifts - Saturday and/or Sunday. With flexibility to cover additional shifts when needed.
This role is suited to a sales superstar who is looking to further grow their career with the support of a reputable NZ golf business.
This is a hands-on role combining golf retail sales and club fitting where you’ll deliver a premium in-store experience from the moment customers walk through the door.

What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional customer service in-store
Drive golf retail sales
Handle customer enquiries (in-person, phone, email)
Support custom fitting and club repairs (training provided)
Process online orders and manage stock
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
Assist with basic kitchen duties and uphold hygiene standards
Support events such as corporate golf days
Represent The Clubroom brand with professionalism on and off the course
What We’re Looking For
Passion for golf with golf industry experience ideal (playing and/or selling)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Retail or sales experience (preferred)
Positive, proactive attitude with strong initiative
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit (on your feet, lifting up to ~15kg)
Reliable, accountable, can-do attitude and a strong team player
