Leasing Manager   At Mosaic, we believe a home is more than a place to live. It's where people connect, build relationships and feel part of a community. We're looking for a Leasing Manager who shares that belief and enjoys helping people find a place to call home.   As Leasing Manager, you'll lead leasing activities, connecting with prospective residents, building relationships and helping bring our brand-new Town & Centre community in Port Coquitlam to life. Our team lives our values of doing the right thing, doing work to be proud of, being a great place to work, being the best, and being profitable.    Who You Are  You have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in residential leasing and property management. You are comfortable working 5 days a week including weekends and holidays.   You have a proven ability to build relationships, generate leads, and turn interest into results. You have a strong knowledge of the local rental market, and an understanding of what residents are looking for in a home.   You are comfortable working with leasing systems, CRM tools and performance reporting. You demonstrate a collaborative mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.   You are passionate about customer service and know what it takes to ensure everyone has a great experience every step of the way. You are positive, professional, and polished.   You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
