About the role
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
You will be responsible for the diagnosis, service, and repair of Japanese imported Class 1 and Class 2 trucks in a busy workshop environment.
Key responsibilities
Diagnosis, service, and repair of Japanese imported Class 1 and Class 2 trucks
Electrical expertise and hands-on experience with computer system diagnostics and component replacement
Using automotive oscilloscope for complex electrical issues
Advanced diagnostic scanning and detailed fault code analysis
Servicing and repairing DPF, EGR, and SCR emission control systems
About you
Proven experience as a Diesel Technician, with strong knowledge of Japanese imported trucks (Isuzu, Hino, Mitsubishi, etc.)
Solid electrical expertise and hands-on experience with computer system diagnostics and component replacement
Specialized experience using automotive oscilloscope for complex electrical issues
Advanced diagnostic scanning and detailed fault code analysis
Experience servicing and repairing DPF, EGR, and SCR emission control systems
Trade qualification (or equivalent extensive experience)
Reliable, reliable, reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
