Branch Support Executive - Operations and Sales

Salary Range: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Ensure KYC compliance as per government and SEBI guidelines; conduct periodic audits.
- Monitor regulatory updates and implement required changes.
- Support management in setting targets and analyzing performance.
- Participate in sales activities and provide sales team support.
- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining branch processes.
- Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards.
- Prepare and submit regular compliance, sales, and performance reports with insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing within the banking sector.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of KYC regulations, government rules, and SEBI compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
