ofi is seeking a relationship-focused professional to support and grow our network of dairy farmer suppliers.
You will build strong partnerships with existing suppliers, onboard new farmers, manage leads and support delivery of our milk supply strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with dairy farmers.
- Identify and convert new supplier opportunities.
- Manage leads and pipeline activity through CRM systems.
- Lead onboarding and support farmer engagement with ofi systems.
- Resolve supplier issues and support effective communication.
- Represent ofi at industry events, field days and farmer meetings.
- Promote milk quality and supplier assurance programmes.
- 2+ years' experience in relationship management, account management, agribusiness, rural banking, milk supply, or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of the dairy industry or wider rural sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and outcomes focused.
- Comfortable presenting to groups and building networks.
- Tertiary qualification in Agribusiness, Agriculture or a related field preferred.
- Work directly with New Zealand dairy farmers.
