Description
Provide safe, effective, and professional pharmaceutical care to patients.
Lead, motivate, and develop the pharmacy team to achieve excellence.
Ensure compliance with GPhC regulations and company procedures.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
Deliver and promote NHS and private healthcare services.
Build strong relationships with patients, local GP surgeries, and healthcare professionals.
Drive service growth and business performance.
Manage stock control, dispensing accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for both patients and colleagues.

Profile

A successful Pharmacist Manager should have

MPharm degree or equivalent.
Current GPhC registration.
Previous experience managing or leading a pharmacy team.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Commercial awareness with a passion for growing services.
Commitment to patient care and delivering outstanding customer service.
Independent Prescribing qualification desirable but not essential.
