Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Law Firm in Essex, are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team and play a crucial role within their Law Operation
Position: Private Client Solicitor
Rate: Negotiable
Contract Duration: Permanent
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Duties:
- Advising clients on wills, estate planning, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and more complex private client matters.
- Drafting and reviewing clear, accurate and technically robust legal documents, correspondence and attendance notes.
- Maintaining files and records in line with SRA, Lexcel and internal practice management requirements.
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE experience in Private Client Solicitor
- Excellent knowledge and recent experience of providing legal advice in complex cases, relevant to the role.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
