Administration Officer - Engineering
- Ongoing Part Time (3 days per week - days and hours are flexible)
- Salary: $78,972 pa (pro-rata) + super

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic individual to join the Engineering Services team as an Administration Officer. The position, based at Maroondah Council's Realm office in Ringwood, reports to the Coordinator Development Engineering and is responsible for providing professional administrative support with a specific focus towards Council’s Asset Protection and Infrastructure Compliance functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative support in the processing of Asset Protection Permits and associated compliance activities.
- High level customer service to internal and external stakeholders by phone, email and in person
- Providing and maintaining to a high level of accuracy information and records relating to the Engineering team including Asset Protection & Infrastructure Compliance functions.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated and practical experience delivering services and carrying out tasks with a strong focus on customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, highly organised and multitask to deliver services on time with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively contribute in a team based environment for service delivery provision and improvements.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
