What you'll be doing
Supporting the administration of quality and compliance systems
Coordinating audits, inspections, training and compliance activities
Maintaining accurate records, registers and documentation
Assisting with food safety and quality programmes
Preparing quality and compliance documentation and records
Tracking corrective actions and following up outstanding items
Liaising with internal teams, growers, suppliers and contractors
Helping ensure our operations remain organised, compliant and audit-ready
Completing on-site checks, sampling and lab deliveries, and supporting the team through the packing season
About you
You may already have administration experience, or you may be looking for a pathway into quality and compliance.
We're looking for someone who:
Has exceptional attention to detail
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Enjoys working with systems, processes and documentation
Communicates confidently with a range of people
Is proactive and eager to learn
Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
Wants to develop a career in quality, compliance or food safety
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
A full New Zealand Driver Licence
The legal right to work in New Zealand
Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, horticulture, quality, compliance or administration would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
