We provide comprehensive training on the solar industry, system design, and all required software and processes- no prior solar experience necessary!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide general administrative support across sales, design and operations.

• Assist with preparing customer proposals and basic SketchUp drawings.

• Set up job cards, maintain accurate project information and help keep jobs organised and progressing.

• Monitor communications across emails & over the phone

• Assist with stock, fleet coordination and general operational administration.

• Support with events and assist with marketing tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Confidence using computers and learning new software, systems and processes.

• A team-focused attitude, with the initiative to work independently when required.

• An interest in renewable energy and a genuine desire to contribute to a growing industry.

• Ideally previous experience in administration, coordination or a similar support role.

• Interest in Solar, electrical or renewable energy.
