Corporate Salary Project – Test Analyst (2 Resources for 4 Months)

Resource Summary

Two Test Analysts are required for a period of 4 months to support testing and quality assurance activities for the Corporate Salary Project. The resources will be responsible for validating business processes, system integrations, salary account onboarding, transaction processing, reporting, and end-to-end workflows to ensure a stable and production-ready solution.

Scope of Work

In Scope

• Review business and functional requirements.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and Regression Testing.
• Validate salary account onboarding and maintenance journeys.
• Test bulk file uploads, salary payment processing, and related workflows.
• Perform API and interface validation with dependent applications.
• Log, track, retest, and support closure of defects.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation.
• Prepare test evidence, test reports, and sign-off documentation.
• Participate in defect triage, project reviews, and status reporting.

Out of Scope

• Test automation development.
• Performance, load, and stress testing.
• Security and penetration testing.
• Production support post go-live.
• Application development or configuration activities.

Role Purpose

The Test Analyst will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing test activities across the Corporate Salary Project to ensure all functional and integration requirements are delivered with high quality and minimal production risk.
