  • Support testing, business readiness and implementation activities, including acceptance criteria, test scenarios, UAT support, training inputs and transition materials.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, reusable methods, delivery standards and uplift of the business analysis practice.
  • Use approved AI-enabled analysis tools where appropriate to improve productivity, traceability and documentation quality, while applying professional judgement.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong subject matter expertise and practical experience within the New Zealand KiwiSaver and/or wealth management industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated understanding of KiwiSaver and wealth products, investment operations, administration processes and the broader New Zealand financial services environment.
  • 3+ years' experience in Business Analysis, business transformation, operational analysis or a comparable delivery role.
  • Strong business-focused stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capability, including working directly with clients, operational teams and industry subject matter experts.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, technology, financial services, project delivery or a related discipline is desirable.
  • Business Analysis certification such as IIBA, CBAP, CCBA or equivalent is desirable.
  • Delivery and requirements management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms.
