Based at our state-of-the-art Henderson HQ, we’re looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our high-performing team.

Support the Sales Team — Keep Things Moving Smoothly!

In this key office-based role, you’ll support our Key Relationship Managers (KRMs) and valued clients by processing quotes, submitting jobs, and ensuring all orders flow smoothly from concept to completion. If you're highly organised, detail-driven, and love helping a team succeed, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and process quotes and job orders in a timely manner.

• Upload quotes and invoices into customer systems, addressing any discrepancies.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless job progress.

• Manage outsourced production needs and liaise with suppliers as required.

• Ensure completed jobs are invoiced efficiently and on schedule.

• Attend and contribute to daily WIP (Work In Progress) meetings, with follow-ups as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.

• Background in print, visual merchandising, or related industries preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay organised under pressure.

• A proactive, team-focused attitude — with flexibility, initiative, and a sense of fun!
