An opportunity is available for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control functions in our client’s manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will manage compliance, improve product consistency and ensure that quality management systems are implemented and maintained

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the quality management system
• Develop, implement and review quality policies, procedures and standards
• Ensure products and processes comply with customer and regulatory requirements
• Lead internal and external audits and coordinate corrective actions
• Investigate quality deviations, non-conformances and customer complaints
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventative measures
• Monitor quality performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with production, engineering and procurement teams
• Oversee inspection, testing and product release processes
• Manage quality documentation, records and reporting
• Train and guide employees on quality standards and procedures
• Drive continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the facility

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• BTech Quality Management
• 3 - 5 Years Quality Manager experience in a plastic/ packaging facility
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes
• Experience managing non-conformances and corrective action procedures
• Understanding of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
