Looking for a rewarding weekday job where your people skills make a difference? The Worx Physical Therapy is hiring a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our welcoming outpatient clinic in Logan, Utah!

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients, verify information, and assist with check-in and intake.

• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments.

• Coordinate therapist calendars and daily clinic flow.

• Verify insurance benefits, collect payments, and assist with basic billing questions.

• Maintain patient records and update our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

• Keep the reception area organized and professional.

• Collaborate with therapists and assistants to support excellent patient care.

What We're Looking For

• Customer service, front desk, or medical receptionist experience preferred, not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable using computers and office technology.

• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
