Role & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive gynecological consultations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures including hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and obstetric interventions.
Lead prenatal, postnatal, and fertility counseling sessions, ensuring continuity of care across patient lifecycle.
Coordinate with oncology, endocrinology, and radiology teams for multidisciplinary patient management.
Adhere to NABH and national clinical guidelines, maintaining documentation and quality benchmarks.
Conduct community outreach and awareness programs on women’s health, cervical cancer screening, and reproductive rights.
Mentor junior residents and trainees in clinical protocols, patient communication, and ethical decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
MBBS with MD/DNB/DCP in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Valid MCI/NMC registration
ACLS certification
Proficiency in laparoscopic and operative gynecology
Experience in high-volume outpatient and delivery settings
Knowledge of NABH standards and EMR systems
Preferred
Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology or Gynecologic Oncology
Experience with robotic-assisted surgery
Public health or community health training
