Opportunity Senior Architect to lead a Brisbane based boutique studio
A Brisbane based boutique architecture studio with a reputation for a strong design culture and project excellence is on the lookout for an ArchiCAD proficient 2IC / Senior Architect. You will have strong design sensitivity, exceptional client facing skills, experience leading projects and coordinating all the relevant consultants.
This role is suited for motivated individuals with a clear career progression plan in place. Ideal candidates will have the ability to take a project through to completion when required. You will become an integral member of a growing studio with the chance to work across a diverse mix of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Build rapport with clients as the key point of contact
Develop design options and present to client
Actively contribute to the culture of the practice through collaborative design processes
Have strong ArchiCAD skills to create full documentation packages
Work on residential, education and commercial projects from start to finish
Skills & experience
10+ years of professional experience
Experience in education, residential or commercial projects
A strong design sensibility
Experience documenting in ArchiCAD is essential
Good interpersonal skills
Able to work in a small team and autonomously when required
