About the role

You will be a key part of the BeeNZ Production team, efficiently and accurately assisting with the processing and packing of honey products.

We are looking for a reliable, self motivated Warehouse & Production Assistant who is confident, has a good understanding of mechanical principles, demonstrates the ability to work independently and alongside others, with a practical approach to production work and a great attitude.

This is a hands on role, supporting day to day processing and packing operations with a focus on food safety, quality and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Inwards goods and dispatch of product

• Completing logistics reports and stocktaking

• Cleaning and maintaining an efficient warehouse

• Operating machinery

• Honey inventory and raw material control

• Assisting with processing, filtering and blending honey

• Maintenance of plant, equipment and building

• Assisting on the honey packing line when required

• Demonstrate strong commitment to our hygiene, food safety and Good Manufacturing programmes to ensure our ability to produce safe and high quality food is not compromised.

About you

• A Full NZ drivers license

• A forklift license

• Methodical with attention to detail

• Excellent numerical and recording skills

• Technical aptitude
