About the role

Wellington Building Services is looking for two experienced builders to join the team as we continue to grow our pipeline of renovation, reclad, and residential building work. We are a family-run, employee-based business with a strong team culture. We specialise in renovations and reclads, supported by DYC Architectural Services. Our integrated design and build approach has developed through years of experience on large remediation and renovation projects, helping clients achieve a smoother, more coordinated end-to-end experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team on residential building, renovation, and reclad projects

• Work on site as a Trade Qualified site builder or on-site as a Project lead

• Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail

• Work productively and safely on site

• Follow direction and work unsupervised when required

About you

• Minimum five years' experience in residential building, renovations, or reclads

• Trade qualifications are essential with proven experience

• LBP qualification required for on-site project lead role

• Positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills

• Dependable, honest, and reliable

• Good level of physical fitness
