ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Clinic Coordinator (Day Shift) in Moab, Utah.

Job Description

The Clinic Coordinator will support the daily operations of the Family Medicine and Mental Health Services, working under the direction of the Clinic Nurse Manager. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, alongside a solid understanding of clinical practices and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in orienting, training, and mentoring new clinic personnel.
• Provide constructive feedback, education, and coaching to foster professional development within the clinic staff.
• Participate in and support clinical quality improvement projects.
• Fill in for staffing needs and carry out other duties as assigned by the Clinic Nurse Manager.
• Utilize effective teaching and leadership skills to enhance clinic operations.
• Maintain excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks.
• Utilize computer skills for basic word processing, data entry, and electronic medical records management.
• Uphold the physical demands of the position, including lifting/moving up to 20 lbs. without assistance and heavier weights with assistance.

Required Experience

• Current RN license in Utah.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an RN in an outpatient setting, preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Utah is required.
