We're recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a fast-paced and collaborative finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, improving processes, and delivering meaningful financial insight.

Key responsibilities

Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
Deliver insightful KPI and performance reporting
Assist with month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations
Work closely with operational teams to drive business performance
Identify opportunities to improve controls and processes

Key skills & experience:
Ideally AAT qualified or equivalent
Strong understanding of management accounting, financial reporting, and month-end processes.
Confident analysing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow information.
Advanced Excel skills and experience using finance systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
