This is more than just a job. It's a chance to make a difference.
At True, we're on a mission to change the women's fitness experience in New Zealand.
We believe every woman deserves a place where she feels comfortable, confident, supported and genuinely valued. A place where she can train without judgement, build friendships, celebrate her progress and become the strongest version of herself.
Strong Women. Stronger Team. Strongest Brand.
We're looking for someone special to join our Taupō team. Someone who brings energy, positivity and passion to everything they do, genuinely cares about people and takes pride in being part of something bigger than themselves.
We don't just want someone who can deliver a great workout. We want someone who helps make True the best part of a member's day.

The type of person we're looking for
We're big on attitude, accountability and teamwork.
At True, we have high standards because our members deserve them.
We're looking for someone who:
Shows up and follows through. You're reliable, punctual and take your commitments seriously. Our members and teammates depend on you.
Takes ownership. You don't wait to be asked or assume someone else will sort things out. You see what needs doing and take action.
Is a genuine team player. You understand that being part of a team means supporting each other, sharing responsibilities and stepping up when needed.
Embraces the whole role. You're happy to teach classes, support members, complete administration and help wherever you're needed. No picking and choosing only the enjoyable tasks.
Goes above and beyond. You're not someone who simply turns up, does the bare minimum and goes home. You take pride in creating an exceptional experience.
Brings positive energy. You're approachable, enthusiastic and make people feel good about being at True.
Wants to keep improving. You're open to feedback, eager to learn and committed to becoming better at what you do.
Our expectations are simple
We show up. We take ownership. We support each other. We deliver.
We understand that life happens, but reliability and communication are essential.
Last-minute cancellations, regularly changing availability, leaving teammates to cover commitments or only wanting to perform certain parts of the job aren't consistent with the team we're building.
When your teammates need support, we expect you to be willing to lend a hand.
At True, no one stands on the sidelines. We succeed together, and everyone plays their part.
