What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in new home sales, residential sales, or a related field
· A self-starter who can work independently and drive their own success
· Exceptional communication and customer service skills – you’ll be the trusted advisor in the home-building journey
· Strong computer literacy and the ability to work with CRM and sales systems
· A professional, well-presented individual who understands the importance of client relationships
· A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
