About the role
This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You will combine cosmetic injecting, clinical responsibilities and reception duties in an established cosmetic medicine clinic offering a comprehensive range of aesthetic and skin treatments.
Key responsibilities
Performing cosmetic injectable treatments within your training, competency and authorised scope of practice
Assisting with cosmetic and skin treatment procedures
Providing professional consultations, patient education and aftercare advice
Managing patient bookings, enquiries and reception duties
Welcoming clients and ensuring an exceptional patient experience
Maintaining accurate clinical records and treatment documentation
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic
Building lasting relationships with our valued clients
About you
Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a valid Annual Practising Certificate
Previous cosmetic injecting experience would be advantageous, although training may be available for the right candidate
A warm, friendly and professional manner
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence in managing reception and administrative responsibilities
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A genuine passion for cosmetic medicine, skincare and patient care
A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to work as part of a supportive team
