Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, who are looking to recruit an experienced Supported housing manager to join their team based in the London area.

- PAY RATE: Per Annum

Responsible for opening the day to day management of the new LGBTQ+ housing scheme.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Ensure that action and risk management plans are comprehensive
- Lead on wider pathway learning and development of best practice around supporting LGTBQ+ young people.
- Be the primary point of communication and day to day operations decisions
- In conjunction with Director of services
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Proving operational experience of effective managing. Level 5 NVQ
- Experience in supervising staff
- Understanding of LGBTQ+ services
- Good communication
