We are looking for Baristas and Cafe Assistants to represent Sidekicker across leading Christchurch catering companies, cafes, venues, stadiums and private functions.

With Sidekicker you can work as much or as little as you like, and once approved you will have access to a wide range of shifts to apply from all from our mobile app. You can choose when, where, and for who you would like to work.

What's Sidekicker?

Sidekicker connects New Zealand’s most skilled hospitality workforce (our Sidekicks) to work with event venues, catering companies, hotels, exhibition centres and more. 

As a Sidekick, you choose when and where you work, giving you complete control over your schedule. You get weekly pay, including Kiwisaver, the opportunity grow your skills and gain new experience, and easy app-based shift booking and updates.

Skills and experience required:

• Prior barista experience making coffee 

• Great knowledge of different types of coffee

• Experience with cash handling, taking orders and front of house customer service

• A friendly, energetic and hard-working attitude

• Clean, professional clothing and stellar grooming habits
