·       Build a strong legal support team, Pan India & with clear succession plan Mid to Long Teram prospective with clear understanding of Purpose and Company values.

·       Develop Legal counsel team Pan India to support the business.

Culture Building and Align to Company Philosophy

·       Develop working culture aligned to Toyota Way

Develop human resource as assets & recognition for future organization

Documentation / Contracts – (Kaizen, CI)

·       Ensure all Legal Drafts are vetted with complete due diligence, aligned to the Principles, Fair, Ethical & Governance& new Regulations & Statute.

·       Update all Legal contract / agreement formats & Yokoten  standard templates to ensure productive and to reduce Muda.

Solution Provider:

·       Set Legal due diligence standards for new Projects in the business.

·       Legal solution Provide & legal support to internal customer.  

·       Grasp Proactively legal challenges and strengthen the business.

Pro-active Litigation Management & Perseverance  

·       Focus and “Never give up” legal strategy in NPA & High value cases.

·       Align Arbitration Institutions for Fair and speedy resolution.

·       Timely appropriate actions on delinquent account to support the business.

Vendor Management

·       Develop a system to ensure fairness, transparency and complete due diligence while on boarding the vendor.

Cross-functional Support

·       Advise senior leadership on strategic initiatives such as new product launches, digital lending models, telematics-based leasing, and new market entry.

·       Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments.
