Our Christchurch team is currently looking to welcome a new cohort of driven Financial Advisers for the February/March 2027 intake. Recruitment for these roles has started now as level 5 qualifications need to be completed first. We will help support you in this journey to really set you up in a financial advisory career at the start of next year.

Main responsibilities:
Meet with clients on video and, at times, face-to-face to analyse their needs and tailor financial solutions for them
Build lasting relationships with clients, checking in on how their plans are going
Educate your clients on protection planning and wealth accumulation for how best they can plan for their retirement
Make use of the weekly referrals / leads that come your way to establish great client relationships
About you:
Commitment towards getting a level 5 in financial services qualification (we can help you with this)
Excellent communication skills
A love of working with people
