Services Team Leader – Dunedin 

Are you passionate about people, leadership, and creating great church services? 

We're looking for someone to fill the position of Services Team Leader in Dunedin. You'll play a key role in leading and supporting the volunteer teams that bring our services to life each week, working alongside the Campus Pastor to make sure services are well planned and every volunteer is equipped and empowered. 

What we're looking for 

• Experience leading volunteers and developing people 

• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills 

• Someone who can inspire, encourage, and empower others to take their next step 

• If you also have experience with sound, lighting and AV, or are musically skilled, it would be an advantage

This role is 0.6FTE (24 hours per week) and is a permanent position based in Dunedin.
