Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care)- Developmental Center
cTrace Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Gallipolis, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and does not require weekend or holiday shifts!
Location: Gallipolis, OH
Compensation: $130 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: PRN - hours will vary - 24-32 hours
Facility hours will be with the hours/days of Mon-Fri / 8-5pm - No holidays/weekends
Contract length: 3 months (High likelihood of extension)
Key responsibilities:
- Develops and implements patient care plans, conducts comprehensive physical examinations, and manages acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Diagnoses illnesses, prescribes medications, provides treatments, administers vaccinations, and performs minor procedures within scope of practice.
- Orders, reviews, and interprets laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic results; coordinates referrals and follow-up care.
- Maintains accurate medical records, documents patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and ensures HIPAA compliance.
- Provides clinical guidance and direction to registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and other healthcare staff.
- Participates in medical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education while providing patient and family health education.
Requirements
1. Active Ohio NP license - REQUIRED
2. ANCC certification - REQUIRED
3. DEA registration - REQUIRED
4. CPR/BLS certification - REQUIRED
5. 1+ year NP experience in primary care - REQUIRED
