Ready to get stuck in and build your future in civil construction? We’re looking for a Bitumen Sprayer Operator to join our client’s surfacing crew in Rotorua.

Got spray sealing experience? Great! New to the role but mechanically minded, reliable and keen to learn? We want to hear from you. You’ll work alongside an experienced team, with hands-on training and the opportunity to grow your skills.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating, or learning to operate, a bitumen sprayer safely and efficiently

• Supporting spray sealing operations, plant checks and site set-up

• Loading, unloading and moving equipment and materials

• Working with the crew to deliver quality work, safely and on time

• Identifying hazards, following safety procedures and looking after equipment

• Completing paperwork and quality assurance checks to keep standards high

What you’ll bring:

• A minimum Full Class 4 Driver Licence – essential

• DG Endorsement a must

• Roading or civil construction experience

• A strong safety mindset and pride in doing a job right

• A practical, reliable, team-first attitude

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn

• Good computer skills and confidence with paperwork
