You'll need:
- 3-5 years' relevant experience in data analysis, business reporting, business systems or a related field.
- Experience contributing to successful ICT projects and preparing business requirements and functional specifications.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to turn business needs and data into practical solutions.
- Knowledge of business process mapping, systems development and project methodologies, and an understanding of change management.
- A detail-oriented, self-starting and solution-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and in a project team.
- A current Queensland C class driver's licence and a commitment to safe, inclusive work practices.
Practical experience and skills are essential; relevant qualifications are desirable but not required. Familiarity with SQL, data modelling, Microsoft Fabric, cloud-based analytics, SharePoint or local government corporate applications would be advantageous.
