Pause Autopilot and keep your saved jobs
Keep your shortlist intact while you revise documents or take a break from applications.
Pausing Autopilot keeps eligible drafts in Saved so you can return to them. Fresh resume tailoring selects content for the role, with clearer layouts and a choice of PDF or Word downloads. Document edits autosave, and Enhance adds focused ways to revise your writing. Quarterly billing is available, and Pro and Dreamer now have a daily limit of 200 saves.
Pause without losing your shortlist
Pausing Autopilot no longer archives saved drafts that are still editable and have no application request. Previously affected drafts return to Saved on reload, and Restore now sticks. You can prepare missing documents for those drafts without restarting applications.
A resume shaped for the role
Fresh tailoring selects relevant accomplishments, skills, and sections, then aims the headline and summary at the job. It keeps recent roles and relevant experience while cutting material that distracts from the application. Resume layouts also handle more date formats and languages, keep short entries together, and reduce nearly empty final pages.

Download now opens a format menu: choose a PDF with your selected resume and included cover letter, or an editable Word resume. Submitted records offer the same choice for the resume. Word exports also gain line and paragraph spacing.

- Interview invitations, assessment requests, and recruiter notes are less likely to be hidden or mistaken for application receipts, including messages arriving soon after an application.
- Messages and application records show the address an employer has on file where applicable; on affected forwarding threads, refused emailed replies trigger instructions for contacting the employer directly when notifications are enabled.
- Supported verification codes you request yourself are forwarded to your personal email so you can sign in to employer portals and interview schedulers.
