Matches that know where home is
Your first match pool starts from preferences you confirmed, not defaults you never saw.
Matches now understand city, region, and country worldwide, and clear out-of-region onsite roles stay outside a non-relocating search. New accounts build their first match pool after location is ready, with a clear preparing state instead of a generic feed. Screening and eligibility answers stay unsaved until you confirm them, while returning profiles keep prior answers in place. Checkout recovery, location editing, and job titles also got practical fixes.
Matches that know where home is
Location now shapes your Matches before ranking starts. Dreamwork resolves places worldwide, filters out-of-region onsite roles when their location is clear, and keeps relocation searches within the countries you can work in. Remote roles remain available, and choosing your own location filter still takes priority.
Your first Matches start with your preferences
New accounts now wait for a location-aware match pool instead of briefly showing a generic feed. The onboarding location step confirms a real place before continuing, then shows a preparing state until the first Matches are ready. An unnecessary fixed wait is gone when resume analysis is already current.
Setup keeps only answers you confirm
Screening, work eligibility, and optional self-identification answers now stay unsaved until you continue through that step. Existing profiles get a small reminder instead of an interruption, then go straight to the new questions with prior answers in place. When you're done, Dreamwork returns you to the page you left.
