Finish setup in one guided flow

Salary periods are now right on every surface, uploads reach 10 MB, and matches got sharper on location.

Dreamwork now has a guided setup wizard at /onboarding that walks you through your resume, address, contact details, and work eligibility before you reach Matches. Salary display got a thorough accuracy pass: pay periods are now labeled correctly on every surface, INR formats in lakhs and crores, and remote jobs anchored to foreign employers no longer reach US-focused Matches. Resume and document uploads now accept files up to 10 MB consistently, closing a quiet failure on larger files. The week also brought a public About page, sharper First Look email freshness, and a Pro confirmation email after checkout.

Finish setup in one guided flow

A new setup wizard at /onboarding steps you through your resume, address, contact information, and work eligibility in order. Each step saves as you complete it, so returning to the flow continues where you left off. Once you finish, your eligibility answers and preferences carry forward into Matches and job alerts. Direct links to a later step resolve to the first incomplete one, so nothing in the sequence can be skipped.

Salaries show the right period everywhere

Pay rates now display their period on every surface in the product. A €40/hour contract role reads as €40/hr; daily and weekly contracts get their own suffixes. INR salaries now format in lakhs and crores instead of large unreadable numbers. Remote job matching also changed: a listing marked remote but based at a foreign employer now carries a location signal rather than competing on pure match quality, so foreign-pay roles stop surfacing in US-focused Matches feeds.

Files up to 10 MB upload cleanly

Resume and document uploads now accept files up to 10 MB across all paths and environments. Files between 3 and 10 MB were quietly failing on certain environments, and the error advised users to log out and back in, advice that did not apply. The cap is now a single shared constant used by every upload surface, and the error message states the actual ceiling when a file exceeds it.
