Choose a lens such as Marketing and the table re-ranks by marketing openings, shows each company's count, and links into the matching role view. Salary, remote share, and recent activity make side-by-side comparisons more useful on wider screens.

Your resumes are easier to switch, preview, rename, and set as the default from the top of Profile. Downloads preserve contact links and ship an editable DOCX alongside the PDF, while tailored files keep the resume's own name, contact details, and useful bullets.
