Bring your best work with you
Jobs are easier to inspect, filter, and save before you commit.
Your profile can now hold the work behind your resume: case studies, portfolios, decks, and project notes that make tailored materials more specific. Matches gained a split preview, a proper filter tray, steadier counts, and a saved-jobs dock that stays close without crowding the feed. Anyone can also browse the job catalog before signing up. Across the rest of Dreamwork, Profile fields can be edited one at a time, job descriptions read more naturally, and unread Messages follow you across devices.
Give Dreamwork the work behind your resume
Work Vault lets you add up to five supporting documents, including case studies, portfolio PDFs, writing samples, and project notes. Dreamwork turns each one into an editable evidence card, so you can review the facts, add or remove details, and decide which documents inform your tailored resume and cover letter. Large PDFs now take a clearer upload path with useful guidance when a file cannot be accepted.
Open a job without losing your place
Select a job in Matches to open it beside a compact list, then move through nearby roles with the arrow keys or j and k. Filters, sort order, scroll position, and the selected job stay in the URL, so Back closes the preview and shared links reopen the same view. A new filter rail adds match quality, posting date, work setting, salary, role, and industry controls without squeezing the jobs into a narrow column.
Browse the catalog before signing up
You can now open Browse from the homepage and search the live job catalog without an account. It uses the same job cards and details as Matches, with honest result totals, short search terms, filters, and a retry button when a request fails. The opening feed spreads employers out instead of filling the page with near-identical roles from one company.
