Three resumes, one job search
You get more control before you send, and clearer facts after.
Dreamwork now lets you keep three resumes and choose which one drives your matches. Application packs are easier to steer: set a writing voice, revise one asset without rerolling the rest, and keep cover letters tied to facts in your resume. When an employer confirms receipt, that proof now follows the application through Pipeline, its pack, and Messages. Matches also got better controls for fresh jobs and counts that stay put while you scroll.
Keep three resumes, pick the one that matches
You can now keep up to three resumes in your profile, rename them, and choose one as the default. The default resume drives your matches, so switching it automatically finds roles for the version of your experience you want to lead with. Dreamwork then prompts you to check that your job preferences still fit.
Direct the draft instead of starting over
Paste a writing sample or leave standing notes to teach Dreamwork how you sound. On each pack, you can ask for a shorter, quirkier, or more distinctive resume or cover letter, or write your own instruction; Dreamwork revises the current draft and preserves everything you did not ask to change. Cover letters now put truth before style, so concrete claims must come from your resume rather than plausible invention.
See when your application arrived
When an employer confirms it received your application, Dreamwork now records that fact with a date. The receipt appears on the Pipeline card, inside the application pack, and in Messages, without pretending it is a new stage in the hiring process. You can tell the difference between sent and actually received at a glance.
