Try Dreamwork before you sign up
The job search now starts with proof instead of a signup form.
We merged 229 pull requests this week, capping a five-week sprint that rebuilt most of Dreamwork. The front door is now open: anyone can upload a resume and get a real application pack before creating an account. Salary handling was rebuilt end to end so pay data reads exactly as employers post it, matching got faster and smarter about where you can actually work, and the job index expanded into five new regions. The full tour is below.
Try Dreamwork before you sign up
Upload a resume and Dreamwork now shows your real matches and generates one complete application pack — tailored resume, cover letter, and answers to the application's questions — before asking you to create an account. Guests get a live pipeline view too, so you can watch the whole flow work on your own job search first. Sign in when you're convinced, and everything you generated comes with you.
Salaries you can trust
We rebuilt salary extraction from the ground up. Stated pay is now captured exactly as the employer posted it — amount, currency, and pay period — then converted deterministically, so an hourly rate in São Paulo and an annual band in Berlin can be compared honestly in one feed. Posted pay is labeled as posted, estimates are clearly labeled as estimates, and thousands more listings now show usable salary data.
Faster, location-smarter first matches
Your first Recommended feed used to take up to half a minute to compute; it now arrives in seconds. Matching also got serious about geography: remote roles are checked for whether they're genuinely open to candidates in your country, local roles weigh where you actually are, and a remote-eligibility badge and filter landed in the feed. While everything computes, a new constellation animation shows your resume being mapped into the live job graph.

229 total pull requests
- The job index went global: new first-class coverage across Brazil, Latin America, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and enterprise Europe — tens of thousands of fresh listings
- Fewer dead or duplicate jobs: expired listings are swept out automatically and duplicates collapse into one canonical posting
- Stuck applications now resolve themselves, and you can cancel an in-flight applicationUser request
- Jobs open in a new tab from Matches, and your search, filters, and sort persist in the URLUser request
- When your agent creates a job-portal account for you, the credentials stay masked in your inbox until you reveal them — and sign-in details moved out of the conversation transcript
- If your agent hits a question only you can answer, an in-app banner and a branded email now jump you straight to it
- Recruiter replies now reliably reach your inbox and thread with the right application — and “Needs you” only fires when a recruiter actually replied
- Demographic (EEO) application questions default to “prefer not to answer” unless you opt in
- The profile page was redesigned as read-first cards, with your resume inline on desktop
- A completeness checklist shows exactly what your profile is missing and opens the right editor from every chip
- Address autocomplete and automatic phone formatting make profile entry quicker
- Your Google profile photo now appears on your profile and in the nav
- Resume Optimize only claims changes it actually made — every rewrite passes a no-fabrication check
- Application packs get a two-column desktop workspace, and your edits persist
- Welcome emails wait for matching to finish and show your genuine top matches — no more placeholder picks
- Salary filters match the top of a posted range, so a $90k–$130k role appears when you ask for at least $120k
- Location cleanup across the index: no more job titles posing as cities, placeholder text scrubbed, ALL-CAPS names fixed
- Close an application from Messages when you're done with it — the thread archives, and reopens itself if a recruiter replies later
- Auto-apply asks for your mailing address up front instead of discovering it mid-application, completes more applications on the first attempt, and never reports success without a confirmed submission
- Checkout returns you exactly where you left off after payment — the post-purchase freeze is gone
